The footplate is set at a comfortable angle that allows the user to take any stress off of the knees and lower back. There is also a start/stop handle that always allows the exercise to begin and end in the top position.

Here is the first jam in this 3 part-series, so now you can watch them in order from beginning to end. This jam is actually my favorite of the three, I think it came out really well and there is some really fresh improv in it all the way through. I named the second part "Tuareg" because I used to play this game called Medieval 2 Total War and it reminded me of Muslim camelriders with their spears held tight marching to war, I can just imagine deserts and the blazing hot sun and I'm pretty sure I used the scale for arabic music in this one. Anyways, random, I know, hah but I hope you enjoy them both, I really love this recording of us.
